Pouring into our community and making a difference for the long term means creating a positive impact in the lives of young learners in Alexandria. Beyer Subaru is dedicated to encouraging children in our community to grow and learn without limits. We've worked to donate books, school supplies, and gift cards to local classrooms, ensuring that the pursuit of knowledge is available to the students growing into our future leaders and neighbors.

Beyer Subaru believes that all students deserve an equal opportunity for a quality education. That's why we are partnering with AdoptAClassroom.org to make a difference in the lives of students at Mt. Vernon Woods Elementary School in Alexandria this year.

Millions of students in high-needs schools across the country, including right here in our local community, lack the supplies and learning materials necessary to be successful in the classroom. In fact, 92% of teachers in the United States have students whose families cannot afford school supplies, often requiring teachers to purchase resources using their own money.

Beyer Subaru is supporting high-needs schools in our community through Subaru Loves Learning by adopting classrooms at Mt. Vernon Woods Elementary School and providing its teachers with funding to purchase the school supplies and resources they know are most needed to help their students thrive in the classroom.

Subaru is the largest corporate donor to AdoptAClassroom.org. Thanks to this partnership, Subaru and its retailers like us have provided support to over 750,000 students across the nation and 1,250 students in Alexandria, VA.

Comprehensive Supply Kits

At Beyer Subaru, we're proud to partner with Mt. Vernon Woods Elementary through Subaru Loves Learning. Each Supply Kit includes essential classroom items like pencils, colored pencils, crayons, markers, dry erase boards, glue sticks, and more, along with a Subaru Loves Learning Adoption Certificate. We're dedicated to supporting our local schools and fostering a love for learning in our community.

Beyer Subaru and AAAS: Empowering Young Minds with Science Books Since 2015

Beyer Subaru has been in partnership with the American Association for the Advancement of Science since 2015, donating over 277,600 award-winning science books to our local elementary schools in Fairfax County.
