Subaru and Arbor Day Foundation Launch Largest-Ever Corporate Tree Distribution Program

Subaru Loves the Earth®: Driving a Greener Future

Subaru of America has partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation® to launch the largest corporate tree distribution initiative in the nonprofit’s history. Together, they will deliver 100,000 mature, regionally appropriate trees to communities across the U.S., reinforcing Subaru’s commitment to sustainability, conservation, and healthier communities.

Planting the Seeds of Climate Resilience

As part of the Subaru Loves the Earth® program, participating Subaru retailers nationwide—including Beyer Subaru Alexandria—will distribute trees up to four feet tall in one-gallon containers. Each tree is specifically chosen for its region to ensure it thrives locally, providing long-term environmental benefits such as:

• Cleaner air and water
• Flood reduction and stormwater management
• Cooler urban temperatures to combat heat islands
• Improved habitat for local wildlife

This initiative directly addresses the loss of millions of trees annually from aging, disease, and climate impacts. By empowering individuals and neighborhoods to plant trees, Subaru and the Arbor Day Foundation are investing in a greener future for generations to come.

Subaru’s Ongoing Environmental Leadership

This isn’t Subaru’s first step toward reforestation. The automaker has already helped replant 1 million trees in western states impacted by wildfires, further proving its role as a leader in corporate environmental responsibility.

How to Reserve Your Tree

Tree reservations and pickups will be available at select Subaru retailers during each region’s 2025 planting season. Participants can visit Subaru.com/earth to find a participating location and reserve their tree while supplies last. Guidance on planting and care will also be provided to ensure each tree has the best chance to flourish.

The campaign is supported by nationwide ads in both English and Spanish across TV, streaming, and digital platforms—including CBS, Hulu, and YouTube. These ads celebrate the power of community and the lasting impact of small, thoughtful actions.
