Leading the charge was the Subaru Forester, which had its best month ever with 22,570 units sold, followed by the Crosstrek with 18,169 units, its best March on record. The Outback also saw impressive gains, with 17,539 units sold, a nearly 30% increase from March 2024.

Electric and hybrid interest also surged, with the Subaru Solterra achieving its best March ever, up 158.7% year-over-year, and the Legacy saw a remarkable 53.2% increase, driven by its balance of efficiency, comfort, and standard all-wheel drive.

"Subaru continues to raise the bar in both safety and customer satisfaction," said Jeff Walters, President and COO of Subaru of America. “With eight models recommended by Consumer Reports and ongoing praise for safety and reliability, our lineup proves it meets today’s driver expectations—whether it’s gas, hybrid, or electric.”

This record-breaking month showcases Subaru’s strong retail network, rising demand for fuel-efficient AWD vehicles, and growing interest in the brand’s electrified offerings. Subaru's award-winning lineup—including the Forester, Crosstrek, Solterra, and Outback—continues to gain momentum, proving the brand is more than just a car company—it’s a trusted part of customers' lives.
