Subaru of America has officially announced pricing for the all-new 2026 Subaru Outback, the seventh generation of the legendary adventure SUV. Starting at $34,995 MSRP for the Outback Premium, the redesigned model features bold new styling, advanced technology, and legendary Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive. The 2026 Outback arrives at Subaru retailers nationwide later this year.

The 2026 Subaru Outback SUV takes on its most significant styling update yet. A broader stance, upright fascia, and new lighting signature deliver a more commanding road presence while keeping the practicality and rugged capability Outback drivers expect. Inside, the cabin is redesigned with greater interior volume, improved cargo space, and high-quality materials, including sustainable elements like recycled headliner inserts.

Advanced Technology Across the Lineup

Every 2026 Outback comes standard with a 12.1-inch Subaru Multimedia System touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, paired with a 12.3-inch full digital instrument cluster. Standard Subaru EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology now includes Automatic Emergency Steering, Lane Keep Assist, Front Cross-Traffic Braking, Blind-Spot Warning, and DriverFocus® Distraction Mitigation. The 2026 Outback offers two SUBARU BOXER® engines:

• 2.4-liter turbocharged engine – 260 hp and 277 lb-ft torque (Limited XT, Touring XT, Wilderness)

Both engines pair with a Lineartronic® CVT with 8-speed manual mode and Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive.
