Subaru achieved an overall score of 85 out of 100, an improvement of 2% from the previous year, further solidifying its reputation for safety, quality, and dependability.

About the ACSI Survey
The American Customer Satisfaction Index is the nation’s only cross-industry benchmark for customer satisfaction. Established in 1994 at the University of Michigan, the ACSI tracks approximately 400 companies across 40 industries and 10 sectors, making it the largest benchmarking study in the United States. The 2025 ACSI Automobile Study included nearly 10,000 surveys conducted between July 2024 and June 2025.
